On September 25, 2025, Manning Bar in Sydney will be enveloped in the atmospheric soundscapes of Arkona and Nytt Land. For the first time ever in Australia, Arkona will bring their unique blend of pagan folk metal, deeply steeped in Russian folklore and Slavic mythology.

Arkona, led by the powerful vocals of Masha "Scream" Arkhipova, is renowned for combining traditional Russian instruments with the intensity of black metal. Their performances are theatrical, channeling the energies of ancient rituals and tales, promising an evocative evening for metal aficionados.

Joining them is Nytt Land, a duo from Siberia known for creating dark, immersive folk music. They utilize throat singing and handcrafted instruments, alongside nature recordings, to craft a mystically charged experience that draws upon Norse legends and the epic Poetic Edda.

With Manning Bar's intimate setting, concert-goers can anticipate a night that brings ancient cultures vividly to life through powerful music and storytelling.
