Your journey begins in the historic Underground Tunnels with an exclusive Masterclass exploring the icons of Penfolds. Through a guided tasting of our most revered wines, Penfolds Senior Winemaker, Steph Dutton, and Penfolds Global Ambassador, Jamie Sach will share the stories behind each wine, in the place where the Penfolds legacy began. Following the Masterclass, guests will enjoy a five-course set menu in Magill Estate Restaurant, curated by Executive Chef Scott Huggins. Each course is perfectly paired with wines from the Penfolds Collection 2025, offering a truly elevated dining experience.

To commemorate the occasion, each guest will receive a bottle of Penfolds Grange 2021 to take home, presented in a bespoke engraved gift box.
