It’s no secret that Never Never brand director and co-founder Sean Baxter is a big fan of martinis – he’s been making them for years!
For Tasting Australia 2022 he’ll share his favourite tips and at-home-hacks during a hands-on masterclass to help you make the perfect martini. Whether you prefer wet or dry, twist, olive or onion, Baxter will take you on a flavour journey as he pairs different martini styles with a range of Never Never Distilling Co gins distilled with premium South Australian produce.
This unique masterclass will highlight a selection of Never Never’s award-winning products that were built to serve in martinis and made with local produce. Sample Oyster Shell Gin (made with distilled oyster shells from K.I.), Med Gin (made with olives and almonds from McLaren Vale) and a cocktail onion collaboration with iconic South Australian brand Spring Gully.
Each ticket includes a drink on arrival, a flight of mini martinis so you can choose your favourite style, food from Never Never’s friends at Cucina di Strada and return transport from the Adelaide CBD.
You’ll finish the masterclass by making (and enjoying!) your own martini under the guidance of an experienced team, leaving with an exclusive Never Never goody bag to continue your martini journey at home.
