The year 2020 marked the 40th anniversary of the release of AC/DC’s iconic album, BACK IN BLACK.
The album, released in 1980 was the band’s first album since the untimely death of its legendary vocalist Bon Scott. The album went on to be AC/DC’s most successful album and the second best-selling album of all time, selling in excess of 50 million copies. A lot has happened in our world in the past 2 years with COVID putting a halt to live music around the world.
Fast forward to 2022 with Australia opening the borders Adelaide’s BACK IN BLACK return to The Gov to bring you a high energy, powerful music tribute to AC/DC covering the Bon Scott and Brian Johnson era’s.
BACK IN BLACK will take you on a musical journey from the 1975 TNT album, songs from High Voltage, Dirty Deeds, Powerage, Highway to Hell, Back in Black to the modern day classics of Thunderstruck, Rock ‘n’ Roll train.
If you loved the Aussie pub rock era then this show is for you, pure, vintage rock n roll.
All measures are taken to ensure COVID-safe compliance including:
