Two of the most eminent names in the South Australian food and wine scene have been bringing gastronomic pleasure to diners and wine lovers alike for more than four decades.
Celebrating their respective 40-year anniversaries, Windy Point executive chef Justin Miles is partnering with second-generation wine producer Allister Ashmead of Barossa’s Elderton Wines for a special collaboration dinner.
The pair will curate and host a five-course exclusive, fine dining experience at Windy Point Restaurant. Expect a menu featuring contemporary cuisine and highlighting local produce. It’s set to be perfectly paired with current release wines and some limited, rare bottles from the Elderton Museum Cellar.
Elderton Wines was named winner of Great Wine Capitals best Tourism Wine Tourism Services 2022 and offers some of the best drops the Barossa has to offer.
