The food philosophy at The Cellar Kitchen in Barossa Valley is to showcase ingredients from local farms, fields and homes. Executive chef Derek Salmon and his team are set to do just that for this very special Tasting Australia dinner.
Settle in for a six-course nose to tail-inspired menu that will celebrate the region’s very best beef.
Current and back vintage Schild Estate Wines will be matched with each course. Take advantage of The Cellar Kitchen’s onsite accommodation – the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort – and make the most of your time in the stunning Barossa.
