Take Adelaide’s hottest new venue, add three of the nation’s most celebrated chefs and you have the recipe for a very special Tasting Australia event.
Joining arkhé head chef – Adelaide’s own open-fire barbecuing extraordinaire Jake Kellie – is Matt Stone, resident of the Future Food System project in Melbourne’s Federation Square, plus Louis Tikaram, an award-winning chef who has cooked at Tetsuya’s, Los Angeles hotspot E.P. and L.P. and, most recently, Brisbane Cantonese restaurant Stanley.
The trio has prepared a night of open-flame cooking, showcasing the stunning new Norwood venue with a progressive dinner. You will begin the experience with snacks and cocktails at the bar before making your way to the arkhé dining space for the main event.
Complete the night at the arkhé courtyard for petit fours and aperitifs – with good vibes and good conversation sure to lead late into the night.
This event does not cater for dietary requirements.
